Six high-quality papers in various fields of macroeconomics will be presented.

Location :
Banque de France
20, rue du Colonel Driant
75001 PARIS

Registration :
If you wish to attend, please send a mail to jointmacro gmail.com before November 15. Please specify if you would like to attend the lunch on Friday 25, November (subject to limitation).

The Workshop
The goal of this new workshop is to bring together European macroeconomists to discuss current frontier research on a regular basis. To encourage participation from young economists in particular, we aim to reserve 50% of the presentation for economists who have completed their PhD’s no more than 6 years ago.
Applications from economists from all French and European institutions are welcomed in all fields of macroeconomics including financial, international, monetary and labor economics. Theoretical and empirical contributions are equally welcome.
The workshop is a one day event. The next workshop will probably take place in March 2012. Funding is available for presenters. Please send a mail to jointmacro gmail.com if you would like to be included in future communications about this and future editions of this workshop.
