I am an Associate Professor of Economics (with tenure) at Ecole Polytechnique-CREST and a Research Affiliate at CEPR. 

Previously, I was an Assistant then Associate Professor at the University of Amsterdam.  I visited the Economic Growth Center at Yale University in the Fall 2019 and the California Center for Population Research  at UCLA in the Fall 2023.

My fields of research are Applied Microeconomics, Development Economics and Family Economics.

In 2021, I was awarded an ERC Starting grant for my project "Peers and Possible Partners: Exploring the Origins of Population Long-term Equilibria" (P3OPLE).
