Politiques de santé nutritionnelle : de nouvelles pratiques pour de nouveaux défis ?

Dans un contexte d’accroissement des risques climatiques, géopolitiques ainsi qu’économiques, et de menaces sur la sécurité alimentaire, faut-il renouveler nos manières de penser les politiques de santé nutritionnelle ? Cette table ronde se penchera notamment sur les effets de ces politiques sur les inégalités sociales de santé dans les pays de l’OCDE, sur les dispositifs de lutte contre la précarité alimentaire en France, et sur la responsabilité sociale des entreprises privées avec l’exemple de Danone. Nous discuterons des bonnes pratiques et objectifs à promouvoir, tant au niveau des politiques publiques que des entreprises, afin de répondre au défi de l’accessibilité à une alimentation saine pour tous.
