J-PAL Europe Executive Education - Deadline Extension

J-PAL Europe will hold a week-long
course on “Evaluation of Social Programs” in London (June 22-26), in partnership with EBRD. The course focuses on how to scientifically measure the effectiveness of development programs.

This executive education program is targeted at development practitioners, government officials, researchers and academics who want
to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to scientifically test the
impact of social programs, in developing and advanced countries. The
curriculum provides a thorough understanding of randomized evaluations.

The courses will be led by renowned faculty affiliated with the Abdul
Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab with extensive experience evaluating
programs in the field. The training program includes lectures, hands-on
exercises, and group work, and is highly interactive.

The application deadline is April 17^th, 2009.
