PSL Governance history Project

Principal investigators: Eric Brousseau, Pierre-Cyrille Hautcoeur and Angelo Riva; grant by PSE University

This interdisciplinary project aims first at developing software allowing for the systematic analysis of the rules governing governance and the distribution of profits of listed firms, taking advantage of the data accumulated by the DFIH project; the second aim is to analyze the results and to understand the impact of given rules of profit distribution on the performance of listed firms.
The project is planned to last from 2017 to 2019.
