Le 28 avril 2020, Jesús Fernández-Villaverde (University of Pennsylvania) a donné une conférence en ligne (Zoom) organisée par la Chaire SCOR-PSE et intitulée « Simple Rules for a Complex World with Artificial Intelligence ».

La conférence fut suivie d’une présentation de Ludwig Straub (Université de Harvard) et de Robert Ulbricht (Boston College), qui ont reçu le SCOR-PSE Junior Research Prize pour leur travail intitulé « Endogenous Uncertainty and Credit Crunches ».

Jesús Fernández-Villaverde is Professor at the University of Pennsylvania, Research Associate for the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) and Penn’s Population Studies Center, and a Research Affiliate for the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR). His research agenda is in macroeconomics and econometrics, with a focus on the computation and estimation of dynamic stochastic general equilibrium (DSGE) models.
