(replay) «Intergenerational Mobility in the US» - Emmanuel Saez

Early December 2014, Paris School of Economics and Labex OSE welcomed Emmanuel Saez for a conference called “Intergenerational Mobility in the US”, gathering more than 100 attendees.

Emmanuel Saez, economics professor at Berkeley University of California and director of the Center for Equitable Growth, has been awarded the prestigious Medal John Bates Clark, by the American Economic Association to an economist under the age of 40 who is judged to have made the most significant contribution to economic thought and knowledge.
He is an alumnus of the Ecole Normale Supérieure and DELTA, a research centre which foreshadowed PSE. He has worked with Thomas Piketty on the long-term trends in income inequality in the United States and other countries.
