All members of PSE are free to choose their research subjects, methodologies and scientific collaborations; in this, their only obligation is the pursuit of excellence. The institution and each of its members are committed to preventing and avoiding any conflict of interest; transparency in research funding and income sources is essential. In its search for external funding, PSE takes all necessary steps to assure its independence.
