Infographic | Fossil fuel power plants conversions? | Yangsiyu Lu

This infographic, based on the work of Yangsiyu Lu, explains how to convert fossil fuels planst to be less carbon-intensive. It introduces the concept of “stranded asset” (asset that must be decommissioned or underused in order to keep global warming below 2 °C) and presents low-carbon alternatives.

Yangsiyu Lu is a postdoctoral fellow at Paris School of Economics and an associate with University of Oxford’s Institute for New Economic Thinking.
