Discover our new Ecocomics for everybody’s comic: “How does online content influence traditional media?” inspired by the work of Étienne Madinier and his two co-authors, Sophie Hatte and Ekaterina Zhuravskaya.
It shows how content produced online can be used by journalists in traditional media, using the example of a post broadcast on Twitter. Étienne explains his research in this video.
Étienne Madinier is a PhD student at the Paris School of Economics and at the School of Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences. He is mostly interested in political economy with a strong focus on mass media and its consequences across various topics ranging from armed conflict to voting behaviors.
