The Offshore Talks is a new lecture series by the EU Tax Observatory designed to spark interdisciplinary dialogue and collaboration on the intricate topics of tax avoidance, tax evasion, and illicit financial flows.

The first lecture features Renaud Van Ruymbeke, sharing insights from his latest book “Offshore: Dans les coulisses édifiantes des paradis fiscaux” and offering a rare glimpse into the inner workings of tax havens and secrecy jurisdictions.
