Full Income and Individual’s Welfare During the Great Recession
Conference paper: We explore the intratemporal substitutions between goods and time, the variations of individuals’ full expenditures, and the evolution of their well-being during the Great Recession. Our findings provide empirical evidence about the importance of home production in real business cycles and show that the reallocation of time reduces the negative.
