Respect for the rights and dignity of all is the basis of relations between members of the Paris School of Economics community.

We are wholly committed to equality of treatment and against all forms of harassment.

PSE harassment reporting unit

PSE has engaged the Egaé group, an expert advisory agency in the prevention and treatment of cases of sexual harassment, bullying, and sexism in the workplace, to take charge of this reporting unit. An email account – ecoutepse@groupe-egae.fr – is thus available for the PSE community to report any such acts. Confidentiality is assured all along the process.

In this poster, you’ll find all the useful information about this harassment reporting unit and the handling of the reports.

Gender equality index for the workplace

The gender equality index is a tool set up since 2019 by the Ministry of Labor to eliminate professional inequalities between women and men in companies. It is made up of 5 major criteria that assess inequalities between women and men in the form of a score out of 100, and must be published every year. For the Paris School of Economics, the 2023-2024 index is 91 out of a total of 100 points. It was 92 in 2022-2023, 79 in 2020-21, 84 in 2019-20 and 78 in 2018-19.
