Philippe Askenazy is director of research at the National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) and associate professor at the École Normale Supérieure – PSL.
His main research interests include working conditions, collective bargaining, labor policy, and firm performance. They include theoretical and empirical studies on organizational and technical change, occupational health and safety or the future of low-wage jobs.

Thomas Breda is a professor at the Paris School of Economics, a research fellow at the National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS), and director of the Labor Program at the Institute of Public Policies (IPP). He specializes in labor economics, particularly on the issues of corporate bargaining, discrimination and inequality.
